Role Overview
BCD Global is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team in Dubai. In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making across our diversified portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling
Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions, project valuations, and business planning.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and actionable insights.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts across business units.
Investment Support
Support due diligence and financial assessment for new investments and acquisitions.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business unit heads and the CFO to deliver timely financial insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent) is required.
- 3–5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or a diversified conglomerate.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
