Role Overview
BCD Global is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team in Singapore. This role will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate transactions, real estate deals, and regulatory matters across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Negotiation
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and real estate contracts, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.
Corporate Advisory
Provide legal advice on corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Transaction Support
Support M&A transactions, property acquisitions, and investment deals from legal due diligence through to closing.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate legal risks across BCD Global's business operations in the APAC region.
Regulatory Compliance
Monitor evolving regulatory requirements across key markets and ensure business compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified lawyer with a degree from a recognised law school.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law or real estate law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
- Multi-jurisdiction exposure (Singapore, UAE, UK, or India preferred).
- Experience in real estate or infrastructure transactions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
