Role Overview
BCD Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and EPC projects across our UK and European operations. This role demands exceptional planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
Site Coordination
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution on site.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and BCD Global quality benchmarks.
Reporting
Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and budget performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or EPC environments.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC, or JCT).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
